Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning infrastructure with long-term business goals.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning models for predictive analytics.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-generation cloud environments (Hybrid & Multi-cloud).
- Ensure system scalability, security, and high availability for critical business operations.
- Mentor senior engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and containerization technologies.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transformations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
