Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Development: Define and execute the technology strategy for the 2026 timeline, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- AI & Machine Learning Integration: Lead the integration of next-gen AI models into core product offerings to drive automation and intelligence.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research labs and industry partners to identify emerging trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term product visions and delivering them successfully.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
