Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical architecture and strategic milestones for Horizon Dynamics' 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with industry forward-thinkers.
- System Design: Architect high-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing real-time neural data streams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performance engineering squad, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge AI research papers into deployable, production-ready code and infrastructure components.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to create intuitive interfaces for complex future-tech solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities early in the development lifecycle to ensure a seamless 2026 transition.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee system latency reduction and resource efficiency to handle growing data loads.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust; proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong background in machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate emerging trends and apply them to practical engineering solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
