Responsibilities
- Pioneer Next-Gen Technologies: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Quantum) relevant to the 2026 technological horizon.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a forward-looking technology strategy that aligns with company goals and market shifts anticipated in 2026.
- Lead & Mentor: Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product strategists to foster a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Vendor & Ecosystem Management: Assess external tech partners, open-source communities, and emerging platforms to integrate best-of-breed solutions.
- R&D Implementation: Oversee proof-of-concept (PoC) projects, ensuring they transition into viable production features or strategic assets.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor technology stacks to anticipate market moves and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field; Masterâs degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or R&D leadership within a high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Futuristic Insight: Demonstrated ability to research and apply cutting-edge concepts such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, or Pre-Quantum algorithms.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving technical vision from conception to execution.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value for stakeholders.
