Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for the 2026 product lifecycle, aligning with company goals.
- AI & ML Leadership: Oversee the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core products.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures capable of handling global demand.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture through mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on technical decisions.
- Innovation Management: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to identify competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with proven experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical vision to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative and scalable solutions.
