Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on Generative AI and Autonomous Systems.
- Lead cross-functional research and development initiatives to explore emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering).
- Identify high-impact opportunities to integrate next-gen tech stacks into our core infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product management and executive leadership to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in future deployments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technical strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
