Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust architectures for Agentic AI workflows and Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration.
- Model Optimization: Research and deploy techniques to optimize inference speed and reduce latency for real-time AI applications.
- Scalability Strategy: Lead efforts to ensure AI infrastructure can scale seamlessly from prototype to production at a global level.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish guardrails and safety protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment and compliance with emerging regulations.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for deep learning and MLOps.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, with deep experience in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mathematics: Solid foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
