Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition and execution of the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling billions of data points in real-time.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) and evaluate their feasibility for integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersâincluding product managers, designers, and security expertsâto deliver innovative solutions.
- Mentor and grow a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Oversee the migration to cloud-native architectures and ensure robust security protocols.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex, multi-year projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Masterâs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field is preferred.
