Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and implement the core infrastructure for our AI-native ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for future demands.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Edge AI.
- Strategic Planning: Translate high-level business goals into technical roadmaps, identifying gaps in current tech stacks and proposing innovative solutions.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior developers and senior architects alike to foster a mindset of continuous innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, driving buy-in for experimental and high-risk projects.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation strategies, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership capacity within AI or High-Performance Computing.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP). Experience with quantum computing frameworks is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt strategies proactively (e.g., preparing for 2026 shifts in AI regulation or capability).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a history of solving complex, open-ended engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to executive leadership.
