Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI and quantum computing systems.
- Define the long-term technical vision and strategic roadmap for the 2026 product suite.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for integration into existing platforms.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure code quality and system security.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Mechanics.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies.
