Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3) and integrate them into our strategic vision.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Establish and run internal R&D labs focused on futuristic prototypes and concept validation.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, resilient technical architectures that remain relevant beyond the 2026 timeframe.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to ensure Apex remains at the cutting edge of industry disruption.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in a strategic/roadmap capacity.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performance engineering teams and driving technical excellence.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
