Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure to support high-traffic applications.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced ML) and evaluate their potential application within the company.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and large-scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
