Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 product release cycle, aligning technical goals with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives focused on next-generation AI, quantum computing interfaces, and sustainable tech solutions.
- Team Management: Mentor a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in and resources.
- Architecture Design: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to identify emerging risks and opportunities that could impact the 2026 timeline.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and AI/ML integration frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams through complex, large-scale digital transformations.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategy to diverse audiences.
