Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and communicate the technical roadmap for 2026, aligning long-term goals with business objectives and emerging market trends.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) to identify strategic opportunities.
- Prototyping & Validation: Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and future-forward thinking.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Risk Management: Assess technical debt and architectural risks associated with rapid innovation cycles.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product development with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and apply them to business solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant advanced certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
