Responsibilities

- Mentor and inspire engineering teams to adopt best practices in software design and agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics and machine learning models into core business processes.
- Prioritize technical debt reduction and system modernization to ensure long-term scalability.
- Drive innovation labs to prototype and validate concepts for the future tech stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions and integrating them into enterprise ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing remote or hybrid engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
