Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 Horizon initiative.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of supporting next-gen AI workloads.
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating Generative AI and Quantum Computing concepts into legacy infrastructures.
- Conduct R&D to identify emerging technologies that will disrupt the market by 2026.
- Ensure data integrity and algorithmic fairness across all future tech deployments.
- Mentote junior engineers and architects in best practices for scalable software design.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern Cloud Native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS).
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions at enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and their potential applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
