Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen technology roadmaps for 2026+ market applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and biotech integration
- Collaborate with global innovation hubs to identify emerging tech disruptors
- Translate theoretical concepts into scalable MVP prototypes with measurable impact
- Present strategic tech visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- File 2-3 technology patents annually in emerging domains
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in R&D or innovation leadership with published breakthrough work
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of converting research to commercial applications
- Experience securing $1M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
