Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, R&D leadership, or strategic product development
- Proven track record of launching cutting-edge products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR, or biotech)
- Strong background in systems thinking and complex problem-solving
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ in innovation funding
