- Drive innovation sprints with agile methodologies to deliver MVPs within 6-month cycles
- Partner with product teams to translate future trends into actionable product features
- Build and mentor high-performing innovation labs with specialized technical expertise
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members securing $5M+ annual R&D budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on next-gen tech applications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or German for global collaboration
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from WFS or equivalent
