Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with corporate vision
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, biotech, and generative AI systems
- Drive prototyping and POC development for next-gen tech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in emerging tech domains
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and investors
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$3M and cross-functional teams
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Strong network connections with academic and industry innovation hubs
