Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate disruptive technologies
- Analyze global tech trends to identify market opportunities and competitive threats
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and Fortune 500 tech leaders
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and external investors
- Mentor a team of 8-12 futurists and technical researchers
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation strategy with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products/services with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or bio-convergence
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience scaling innovation labs in high-growth environments
