- Architect and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across enterprise systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing cutting-edge AI/ML and quantum computing solutions
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (Web4, bio-convergence, neurotech) into product ecosystems
- Drive innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners to co-create next-gen digital experiences
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum applications
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through visionary proposals and ROI modeling
- Mentor talent pipeline in emerging tech domains through university partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, or neurotech)
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations from concept to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience with venture capital ecosystems and startup acceleration
- Strong proficiency in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech principles
- Certifications in quantum computing or advanced AI systems preferred
