Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with AI/quantum exposure
- Proven track record scaling products to $100M+ ARR
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals (2019-2025)
- Expertise in agile methodologies and DevOps pipelines
- Strong network with Berkeley/MIT/Stanford research labs
- Certification in quantum computing or AI ethics (required)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Experience securing federal SBIR grants
