- Develop and execute R&D roadmaps for next-gen technologies (2026-2030 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Drive integration of AI ethics frameworks into autonomous infrastructure solutions
- Secure $5M+ annual funding through DARPA/NASA partnership proposals
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES)
- Mentor PhD-level researchers in emerging field applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record securing federal grants (SBIR/STTR) for advanced R&D
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0 and decentralized AI architectures
- Experience scaling tech ventures from prototype to commercial deployment
