Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale neural network training.Lead the research and implementation of Year 2026-ready technologies, including advanced reinforcement learning and neuromorphic computing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into consumer and enterprise products.Define technical standards and best practices for ethical AI deployment and data privacy compliance.Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.Conduct rigorous code reviews and system audits to ensure security and performance at scale.
Qualifications
Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or principal engineering role.Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with practical experience in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).Proven track record of designing systems that scale to millions of concurrent users.Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and hardware-software co-design.Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
