Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and architectural strategy for the year 2026, aligning with business goals.
- Tech Stack Forecasting: Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies (e.g., Edge AI, Blockchain 3.0) to drive competitive advantage.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure systems capable of handling future data loads and complexity.
- Legacy Modernization: Lead initiatives to transition legacy systems into future-proof architectures.
- Innovation Labs: Mentor engineering teams in experimental technologies and proof-of-concept (POC) development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and C-suite executives to translate business vision into technical reality.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and implement emerging tech trends (AI, Edge, IoT).
- Leadership: Strong track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and driving cultural change.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
