Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance systems designed to withstand the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- AI Integration Strategy: Spearhead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core infrastructure to drive automation and efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- System Migration & Modernization: Lead complex migration projects from legacy architectures to cloud-native environments, ensuring zero downtime and maximum security.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system architecture to optimize latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with proven experience in designing distributed systems.
- AI & Data: Strong understanding of AI/ML pipelines, data architecture, and how to leverage predictive analytics within enterprise software.
- Programming: Expert-level knowledge of Python, Java, or Go, with experience in microservices architecture.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
