Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the definition and execution of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Architect scalable systems that integrate next-generation AI models and immersive AR/VR interfaces.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., predictive AI, edge computing) and pilot their implementation.

- Mentor senior engineering teams and establish best practices for future-proof development.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to validate concepts before full-scale production deployment.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) with a focus on generative AI.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Experience with AR/VR development (Unity, Unreal Engine) or spatial computing concepts.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and delivering high-impact results.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
