Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our technology stack, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into our core architecture well before the 2026 market adoption cycle.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Leadership: Design and oversee the migration to next-gen cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the development and deployment of proprietary AI models to automate complex workflows and enhance user experiences.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring junior developers and architects on advanced technologies and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into actionable strategies for executive stakeholders and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to foresee industry shifts and plan infrastructure accordingly for future milestones.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
