Responsibilities
- Architect the long-term technology strategy and roadmap for the 2026 business cycle and beyond.
- Lead the integration of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core infrastructure.
- Oversee the scalability, security, and performance of next-generation cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Identify emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and evaluate their commercial viability.
- Mentor senior engineering teams to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with C-level stakeholders to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Ensure architectural compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformations in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies.
- Strong understanding of blockchain, IoT, or other future-forward tech stacks.
- PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
