Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration, predictive analytics, and sustainable computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that can handle next-generation data loads and complex autonomous workflows.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives into emerging technologies, evaluating prototypes and determining their feasibility for commercial implementation.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a diverse team of senior engineers, data scientists, and futurists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling visions for stakeholders, investors, and non-technical teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future-tech implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or visionary role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is a strong plus.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure), Machine Learning, and Generative AI frameworks.
- Futuristic Thinking: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt architectural strategies proactively.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
