Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust system architectures capable of supporting future-proof digital ecosystems.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of advanced AI and Machine Learning models into core product workflows to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Web3 & Blockchain: Spearhead the development and deployment of decentralized applications and smart contracts.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with proven experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Blockchain technologies (Solidity, Web3.js).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think ahead and implement futuristic technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, advanced neural networks) in production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges and optimizing system performance at scale.
