In this role, you will define the technical roadmap for 2026 and beyond, bridging the gap between emerging technologies and scalable business solutions.

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic technical roadmap, identifying emerging trends and defining the architectural framework for the next decade.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development in high-impact areas such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) integration and sustainable computing.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant systems that can handle next-generation data loads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and fostering a deep understanding of emerging tech stacks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to predict industry trends and translate them into technical strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
