- Mentor a diverse team of engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex tech into business value.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or Quantum computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Quantum SDKs.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to launch.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
