Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable systems leveraging quantum algorithms and advanced AI models.
- Conduct high-level research on emerging technologies to forecast industry trends for 2026.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of next-generation software ecosystems.
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate bio-digital interfaces into core product lines.
- Mentor junior engineers and define technical best practices for the future tech stack.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and performance under extreme loads.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Quantum computing.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native architectures (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
