Responsibilities
- Design and implement the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Lead architectural decisions for integrating Generative AI and Quantum Computing protocols.
- Oversee R&D pilot programs for next-generation blockchain and IoT ecosystems.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies with high disruptive potential.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into production-ready code.
- Establish ethical guidelines and security standards for autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or technology strategy.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading R&D initiatives in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of Blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi) technologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Python, Rust, or other high-performance languages is highly preferred.
