Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- AI Integration: Lead the architecture and implementation of advanced AI and Machine Learning models to drive automation and decision-making.
- System Modernization: Overhaul legacy systems to transition to cloud-native, microservices architectures capable of handling 2026-scale data demands.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) initiatives for emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Blockchain, AR/VR).
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Kubernetes.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional skills in solving complex, scalable problems with a focus on security and performance.
