Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic vision for integrating AI, AR/VR, and quantum algorithms into our existing infrastructure.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead experimental projects focused on next-gen user experiences and autonomous systems.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures capable of handling high-volume data processing in 2026.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Partner with the recruiting team to identify top-tier talent in emerging tech fields.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Python, Cloud Native architectures (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
