Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technical roadmap, aligning technology capabilities with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning integrations.
- Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to modern cloud architectures.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies for emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud engineering, or related fields.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with blockchain or quantum computing concepts is a plus.
