In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for architecting the roadmap that ensures our platforms remain cutting-edge, scalable, and resilient. You will work closely with R&D, Product, and C-Suite executives to identify emerging technologiesāsuch as advanced AI integration, edge computing, and quantum-ready protocolsāthat will define the industry standard in the coming years.

Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Design and define the long-term technical vision and architectural strategy to ensure readiness for the 2026 technological landscape, including AI-driven automation and cloud-native scalability.
- Technology Forecasting: Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Edge Computing) to assess their viability for integration into our core product suite.
- System Modernization: Lead the migration of legacy systems to microservices architectures, ensuring zero downtime and optimal performance during transitions.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership, articulating the value and risk of future tech investments.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the design of high-concurrency systems capable of handling projected growth, ensuring 99.99% uptime and low latency.
- Security & Compliance: Embed future-proof security protocols and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2) into the architectural blueprint to mitigate risks before they materialize.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (PhD) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, and extensive experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and implement forward-looking solutions; experience with AI/ML integration is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence across multiple product lines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
