Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026-era challenges in AI ethics, quantum integration, and human-computer interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype technologies with 3-5 year implementation roadmaps
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies and translate findings into actionable innovation strategies
- Design adaptive systems capable of self-evolving in response to technological paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with futurists and academic institutions to validate theoretical frameworks
- Present strategic technology blueprints to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects in forward-thinking methodologies and ethical tech principles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with proven experience in at least two emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating delivery of disruptive technologies with 10+ year impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or post-silicon materials
- Published research or patents in future-facing technology domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from foresight organizations)
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple time zones
- Deep understanding of technological singularity implications and mitigation strategies
