As a Future Tech Architect, you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, assessing their viability for our enterprise, and leading the technical strategy that positions QuantumLeap as a market leader. Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to create a comprehensive technical vision and strategic plan for the next five years.
- Emerging Technology Assessment: Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) to determine their applicability for our product lines.
- System Architecture Design: Lead the architectural design of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling future demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Vendor and Partnership Management: Evaluate external technology partners and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), machine learning frameworks, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
