Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI systems expected to be mainstream in 2026.
- Conduct feasibility studies on emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Spatial Computing) and integrate viable components into the core stack.
- Define technical roadmaps and coding standards for the 'Future Tech' division.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, future-proof engineering.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate 2026 vision statements into technical specifications.
- Optimize system performance to handle the predicted data throughput of next-gen applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure or futuristic tech roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Experience with Quantum Computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex future-tech concepts to diverse stakeholders.
