Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) and assess their viability for implementation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot new tech solutions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to communicate technical roadmaps and future trends.
- Evaluate and select third-party vendors and tools that align with long-term vision.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers on best practices for future-proofing software.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, IT strategy, or related technical fields.
- Proven track record of leading technology transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
