Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond, aligning with business goals.
- Lead the integration of next-gen AI models (LLMs, Generative AI) into core product workflows.
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) and assess their feasibility for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design) to translate architectural visions into scalable solutions.
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons focused on future-ready problem solving.
- Establish best practices for data governance and ethical AI usage in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Management, or Technology Strategy.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in large-scale organizations.
- Strong background in predictive modeling and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
