Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with industry 4.0 and Web3 evolution
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interfaces
- Design scalable architectures for decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)
- Partner with VC firms to evaluate emerging startups in synthetic biology and climate tech
- Present future tech frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Curate innovation labs prototyping human-AI symbiotic systems
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- Expertise in quantum computing principles, blockchain consensus, and neuromorphic engineering
- Proven track record of launching exponential technologies (e.g., generative AI, bio-hybrid systems)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for tech innovation
