Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our long-term strategic vision.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the end-to-end strategy for deploying Generative AI and Machine Learning models across enterprise platforms to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment on futuristic goals.
- R&D Leadership: Establish and manage a dedicated R&D division to prototype and validate next-generation tech solutions before market release.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends and competitor moves to ensure Apex Horizon Systems remains ahead of the curve.
- Talent & Culture: Build a culture of innovation, recruiting top-tier talent in emerging tech domains.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy consulting, or product management, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI and emerging tech.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of current AI trends (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision) and a strong grasp of how they will evolve by 2026.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between engineers and business stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: A track record of identifying market gaps and leveraging technology to solve them.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
