Responsibilities
- Design and implement a scalable, next-generation technology architecture aligned with 2026 strategic goals.
- Lead the integration of AI-driven solutions to optimize operational efficiency and decision-making processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and R&D on emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to prepare our infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Security) to ensure technical vision alignment.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Define and enforce enterprise-wide technical standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of deploying complex, scalable systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning pipelines, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
