Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and algorithms for production environments.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art deep learning architectures to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into core applications.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput for real-time inference.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model versioning, and MLOps workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning engineering or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience deploying models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for innovation.
