Responsibilities

- AI Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the architecture of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure high performance and low latency.
- System Scalability: Engineer cloud-native solutions capable of handling exponential data growth and complex computational loads.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Innovation Implementation: Research and prototype emerging technologies, including neural interfaces and edge computing, to maintain our competitive edge.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a high-scale tech environment.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, NLP, and the architectural implications of integrating AI into legacy systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience designing systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and implementing forward-thinking technical strategies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-dimensional problems in real-time.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
